The conception of the pinksutra online wedding planner began with the the frustration of the lack of effective tools on the internet to plan a "South Asian" Wedding. South Asian Brides were forced to develop and invent spreadsheets, task lists, agendas, binders to keep track of their wedding because the wedding planners on the market do not account for the unique nature of a south asian wedding.. Things like renting a horse for the bharath, a drummer for the procession, floral necklaces for the ceremony...
